Introduction

For the last 10 years or so, I've been involved in investigating my ancestors - through England, Ireland, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and France!

Several enthusisatic people have been diligently investigating the genealogy of the 'Sillery' family for even longer. As a result, a huge amount of family history has been accumulated. A lot of interesting information about the two places called 'Sillery', and other relevant data has also been collected. More recently, we have successfully connected up new 'cousins' and identified even more information. We obviously have a lot to share.

The aim of the Sillery Project is to research and record information about all Sillerys, Sallerys and Sellerys; to help the research continue, to build the family tree still further and to enable 'Sillerys' everywhere to understand and enjoy their heritage!

This is a work in progress so I've noted what I'm working on in particular - updating as I go. Please come back often, as this site is updated at least weekly. There are lots of mistakes, I'm sure, but I need your help to correct them!
